You can track your orders conveniently under the "My Orders" section in the UrbnFabrics App/Website.
Platform Fee
The platform fee is a charge levied by UrbnFabrics to ensure seamless operations, efficient delivery services, and ongoing enhancements to the platform for a superior shopping experience.
Refund of Platform Fee:
- Lost or Undelivered Orders: If an order is lost or not delivered to the intended address, the full order amount, including the platform fee, will be refunded.
- Partial Cancellation or Returns: Platform fees are non-refundable for partial cancellations or returns.
- Full Order Cancellation: Platform fees are refundable for complete order cancellations.
- Fair Usage Policy Non-Adherence: For accounts with return behavior that violates our fair usage policy, the platform fee will not be refunded.
Shipping Fee
The shipping fee contributes to providing exceptional delivery services and post-order support. It applies under specific conditions:
When Shipping Fee is Applied:
- Orders below INR 1199 across all categories except personal care.
- Personal care orders below INR 299 (not applicable for members with exclusive benefits).
- The shipping fee is calculated after applying discounts, coupons, and offers.
Refund of Shipping Fee:
- Full refunds, including the shipping fee, are applicable for undelivered or lost orders.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for partial cancellations, returns, or orders violating the fair usage policy.
Exemptions:
Members of our exclusive program enjoy free shipping regardless of order value.
Fair Usage Policy
We aim to provide the best shopping experience for all our customers. However, accounts with excessive returns or refusals of shipments may incur non-refundable shipping and platform fees to maintain fairness and efficiency.
Delivery Information
- Delivery Status: You can check your delivery status in the "My Orders" section.
- PIN Code Check: Use the "Check Delivery Options" feature on the product page to verify serviceability and delivery timelines.
- Delivery Partners: Orders are delivered through UrbnFabrics Logistics or our trusted partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.
- International Shipping: Currently, we deliver only within India.
Order Issues
- Partial Orders or Damaged Packages: Contact customer service within 72 hours of delivery for claims.
- Pilferage Claims: Claims must be accompanied by necessary evidence (e.g., snapshots of tampered packaging) and reported within the stipulated timeframe.
